* We may have more puppies than the number on our waitlist, and we will accept deposits with the understanding that if there is availability from our upcoming litters the selection process will remain in the order that deposits are received. Whispering Winds accepts applications with a non-refundable deposit of $500.00 The Deposit may be applied to the purchase of a puppy from the upcoming litter(s). Selection of puppies begins with the first under deposit for the current litter(s).
Should a puppy not be available from the current litter(s), applicants will remain on our wait list in the order of Deposit and may select from future litter(s). All deposits will be honored for a period of two years from the date of receipt and the applicant is eligible to select from any future litters while remaining in the order of deposit received, subject to confirmation of intent to select from our next litter(s).
Once an upcoming litter has been announced, we require CONFIRMATION that you expect to choose from that litter. You will have up to the date of delivery of the puppies to confirm your inclusion for that litter. Once the litter is born and the selection process begins, you will have the opportunity to adopt any remaining available puppies with selection following confirmed applicants.
