From our puppy families:

Gail:

It has been a fast two weeks!  I can’t imagine our life without Willie & Toby.  I can hardly wait until they grow a bit more so they cannot get through the wrought iron fence!  I don’t get very much done since I watch them like a hawk!  And, I can’t imagine trying to simulate all the exercise they get from chasing each other and jumping and wrestling.  I’m certainly glad we got two.  They really entertain each other.

The pictures are pretty good.  They are so proud that they learned to get up on the bed!  (I will continue having them sleep together in their crate next to my bed for some time to come.)  You can’t tell how much they’ve grown, however from these pics!

That’s all from Kansas.  We send you our very best!

Fondly,  Jane, Willie & Toby

Hi Gail.....I am THRILLED to see Chloe & Taz' new litter of BEAUTIMUS puppies!  I'm sure you are thrilled too!  Are you going to keep one of the girls for a breeder?  I would hope so, since Chloe's babies are the absolute most gorgeous!  It is my dream to have one of her beautiful babies be part of our wonderful "pack"....in the future.  I love looking at the progress these babies make and how beautiful they all are as they grow each week......you truly are blessed to have this wonderful opportunity to see God's work first hand......I wish I lived closer...I would be a most happy helper to you with these gorgeous pups.

Here are some happy snaps of Mr. Dugan Russell....I'm trying to get some shots so the artist who is doing his portrait can "catch" his perfect look.   Isn't he the most handsome boy ever.....I could eat him with a spoon I love him so much!

Love and good rest to you and Wayne!  (And Chloe too!!!!)

Hello Gail.  Fun to see your face pop up on my FB!  I was thinking I needed to write and touch base w/you recently.  Maisey turned two in April.  What a good dog she is!  She has just settled into a great routine w/our family and is one of the pack!  She is such a good girl and we all love her to pieces.  I am glad we are home a lot because she just wants to be right w/us all of the time.  I think if we were gone more we'd have to get another dog to keep her company.

We hope you're doing well.  Maybe we'll see you at another doodle romp in the future?

Barb

P.S.  I think your Emma is one of the sweetest dogs I have seen...

Hi Gail,

I was just going thru all of my old emails and realized I hadn't responded back to you yet with the latest updates and pictures of Bentley for you.  So here we go.

Bentley is the most amazing dog.  He is like a  person.  He is so sweet, gentle, loving, and playful.  We love him to death.  The way he looks at you when you talk to him and tilts his head as if to say "really" is so cute. He loves each and everyone of us equally.  He follows us around and just wants to be a part of the family.  Which he is.  He loves to socialize with other dogs and we make weekly visits to my sister's house so he can play with their dog Max.

We have had a lot of company from back east and every single person that came to visit us couldn't believe what a Wonderful dog Bentley is.  They all wanted to take him home!!  He is such a huge part of our family, we are so grateful to Gail at Whispering Winds Labradoodles for giving us Bentley.

Cindy K :)

Dear Gail and Wayne,

Hello, how are you? It has been a long while since I have written and we just wanted to drop you a quick line to let you know how Irving is doing.  We often look up your website and drool over all the gorgeous puppies you have and dream of adding to our family.

Here are two recent photos of Irving.  He is now 1 year and six months and doing fantastic.  He truly is the most loveable dog and we are blessed to have him in our lives.

I am also writing you to see if you have any advice/suggestions for us....Sammy and I are expecting our first baby.  I am due at the end of May and I was wondering if you have any tips for us regarding introducing the baby to the dog?  I have heard to introduce them for the first time outside of the house.....any thoughts?  We would love to hear from you if you get a free minute to write back.

We really hope this finds you all doing well.  Take care.

Christine and Sammy

Dear Gail and Wayne,
I just wanted to email you and let you know that Charlie is doing really well.
We are making great headway with the potty training and she has taken well
to the crate.  It is just under my computer desk where I seem to spend a lot of time
and she likes it in there.  She is sleeping through the night with no problems at all.
Our 8 year old golden retriever is "tolerating" Charlie quite well and Charlie
is really hoping that Chili will actually want to play with her one day !!!
The back yard is now well secured just in time because she is actually starting
to venture away from my feet !!!
She wasn't eating too well the first few days so I made some chicken/rice/carrot
mixture for her which I mix with the kibble and she seems to be very happy with that.
Everybody falls in love with her the minute they see her.  She has lots of friends
in the neighborhood and has received quite a few gifts!!!
Thanks so much for the lovely blanket and the photos.
Ginny

Hi Gail
Wow! What a puppy! Lily has made herself right at home. She is relaxed, and happy with not a bit of anxiety and offering love to everyone. She has acted as if she has known all of us since she came into this world. She already understands the word "no", she fetches a ball and drops it at our feet, she whines when she has a need. She is very obviously quite intelligent and very eager to please. When she is outside she does not stray and comes when she is called. She looks at us directly in our eyes when she wants lovin' and oh, aren't we eager to give it. She is everything Mom wanted; she just wants to sit and hold her all day. Lily napped with Mom yesterday in the crook of her neck and slept safely in- between my parents in their bed; they just don't have the heart to crate her. She slept seven hours and as soon as she whined Mom got up and took she and Annie out to potty. Thank you again for what you have given to my parents. I will write again later with another update.  Kim
